General Information:
 
We welcome children aged 4 (by July 31, 2025) to 6 years old to join our class. This program is open to children at all levels of English proficiency, from beginners to native speakers. Through engaging activities such as games, stories, movement, songs, music, art projects, and outdoor play, we create a vibrant and fun environment for learning English.
 
For beginners, the goal is to spark their interest and build confidence in an English-speaking setting. For fluent English speakers, the focus is on having fun, forming friendships, and further enhancing their language skills. Enrolment is from the 1st of March 2025 to the 9th of July 2026.
Holidays: 
 
There will be no class during the following school holidays: 
 
•    24 - 26 February 2025
•    18 April - 2 May 2025
•    20 - 24 Oktober 2025
•    22 December - 2 January 2026

Important Details: 

  • Drop off is 13h00. Pick up is at 16h00.
  • You must be on time for both drop-off and pick-up times.
  • A snack will be provided in the afternoon.
  • Please make sure to include all allergies and special diet needs under “Important Information” box below.
  • Children must come to class appropriately dressed for art projects and indoor and outdoor play, with clothes adapted to the weather. On rainy days, children will need a waterproof coat, trousers, and boots to play outside. On sunny days, they will need a sun hat and a t-shirt that covers their shoulders. We provide sunscreen; however, if your child has sensitive skin, please provide their own.
  • Please also provide your child with a water bottle labeled with his/her name.
  • We only accept healthy children in class. Please notify us of any absences due to illness or other reasons.
  • No refunds will be made for missed classes.
  • Your child is enrolled for one semester. You can cancel his or her registration with two months' written notice for the end of the month. A refund will be made for any remaining classes.
  • Children must be toilet independent to participate.
  • Unfortunately, since participation is only one day a week, we cannot ensure the follow-through of children with specific needs and are therefore unable to accept them.

Registration Fee:
 
For new students, a one-time registration fee of 100CHF is required, which remains valid for three years. If your child enrolls after September, the fees will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

Pick Up Information: 

You must notify us in advance if someone other than the parents registered above will be picking up your child. Their name must be listed below. They will be required to show a photo identity card before we release your child to them.

Parental Consent for Photos:  

As part of our educational activities and outings, your child may be photographed. These images are used to support educational objectives and to share information with parents about our activities.

Medical Emergency: 

If time and circumstances permit, we will make every effort to communicate with you in the case of injury to your child. In some situations medical attention may be required before we are able to reach you.  
 
You agree to authorise us to consent to any medical care to be rendered to the child named above upon the advice of a licensed physician or emergency medical personnel.  You voluntarily release, discharge, waive and relinquish any and all causes of action against MIS Geneva for personal injury and property damage resulting from such care.
